Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order, shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination

If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

RETURNS

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new color/product?

We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

I received my order but there is damage, can you send a new one?
